Our Property
Pine Tree Equestrian Center is conveniently located just off Route 128 in Beverly, MA, nestled on over 7 acres at the end of a private road, offering a peaceful and welcoming environment for both horses and riders. Our facility is designed with your horse's health, safety, and well-being as our top priority. The owner, who resides on-site, ensures constant monitoring and personalized care.
Boarding at Pine Tree includes well-ventilated, rubber-matted stalls, daily turnout (weather permitting), hay 3-4 times daily, and grain twice daily, including any supplements provided by the owner. Our small, experienced staff takes the time to get to know each horse, providing individual attention every day to ensure they feel comfortable and well-cared for.
Facilities
Main Barn
Our main barn includes three tack rooms, a heated kitchen and restroom, and several sets of cross ties.
Indoor Arena
We have a wonderful indoor arena with LED lighting and newly replaced and laser leveled footing. The arena is regularly groomed to ensure even footing.
Wing Stalls
Newly renovated in 2016, our wing includes 12 matted, well-ventilated stalls and a large grooming stall. Attached are 5 beautiful large stalls from the original barn built in 1881.
Outdoor Arena
Our outdoor arena footing is well treated to ensure limited dust and smooth surface, whether it’s wet or dry. The outdoor also has LED lights for evening riding.
Paddocks
We offer nine paddocks in a range of sizes to suit the individual needs of each horse. Our facility includes both single and group turnout paddocks, with flexible turnout rotations to ensure every horse has their needs met.
